REFUND, RETURNS AND WARRANTY POLICY

Change of Mind

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect selection.

We may consider a refund on a case-by-case basis where a request is submitted to sales@kodilo.com.au within 14 days of receiving your order. Any approved refunds will be subject to assessment of the product condition, original proof of purchase and where approved, may incur a 20% restocking fee.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unused and not installed
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all original contents & packaging intact

We reserve the right to decline any return request that does not meet these conditions.

We are unable to accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges for:

  • Sale items (final sale)
  • Items with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items that have been used, installed, or damaged after delivery

We recommend confirming all product specifications with your tradesperson prior to purchase to ensure suitability.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

We take great care in ensuring the quality of our products.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is not of acceptable quality
  • Is not fit for its intended purpose
  • Does not match the description or sample

If you believe your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us promptly at sales@kodilo.com.au with your order details and relevant images so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Before Placing Your Order

Please ensure all selections are correct prior to purchase.

Once goods have been delivered, they are your responsibility while in your possession. We are unable to offer a refund or exchange for items that have been damaged after delivery.

Returns will not be arranged until clear photos of the goods have been provided and assessed by our team. This allows us to determine whether any damage has occurred during transit.

We cannot accept returns once items have been installed or used. All returns and refunds are subject to inspection prior to approval and before any replacement or refund is issued.

We recommend inspecting all goods within 24 hours of receipt and notifying us promptly if there are any concerns.

Important Information

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

What are the Warranty details?

Warranty is supported by the manufacturer of the products. For details of the warranty provided by Alder for Alder Tapware and Vito Bertoni brands please see the Warranty details on their website www.aldertapware.com.au.

To raise a warranty claim please contact Alder directly using the online warranty claim form on the Alder website www.aldertapware.com.au.
