What should I do if my product appears to be damaged or faulty?
If your item appears to be damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can investigate and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Send us an email at sales@kodilo.com.au with photos, a video, and a detailed description of the problem for our team to review.

What should I do if I received something other than what I ordered?
If you are missing an item from your order or received something different, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order so that we can investigate and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible. Please contact us at sales@kodilo.com.au.

What should I do if I want to exchange something for another product?
Requests for product exchanges must be sent to sales@kodilo.com.au within 48 hours of receiving the goods. Our team will evaluate each request individually and will do their best to accommodate your request. We reserve the right to make the final decision.

I would like a refund on my order, is this possible?
Unfortunately, KODILO does not provide refunds on any purchases. If you are unhappy with the products you received, please contact our management team at sales@kodilo.com.au to discuss your concerns further.

What else should I know before placing an order with KODILO?
You are responsible for the goods while they are in your possession; we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange if the goods are damaged. A return will not be scheduled until KODILO receives photos of the goods so that we can inspect them before the courier arrives. This ensures that any damage sustained during transit is our fault, not yours.

We cannot accept returns once the product has been installed or used. All refunds and returns must be inspected by a member of our team before a new product is sent or a refund is issued. Please contact us as soon as possible if you have any questions about returns or exchanges. Please inspect your goods for damage within 24 hours of receipt.
